I built this because I needed it
I'm a backend engineer with 13+ years of experience, currently Head of Backend Engineering at a SaaS company. On the side, I'm trying to build something of my own.
The problem is: when you're doing it alone, there's an overwhelming amount of stuff to figure out before you even get started. I needed a website but didn't want to spend weeks on it. I was missing calls from potential leads. I had things to say but no time to sit down and write. And every "all-in-one" platform wanted $300/month for features I'd never use.
So I started building the tools I actually needed. One at a time. Each one solving a specific problem I was hitting that week.
Turns out other people hit the same walls.
What Manager Tools is
A collection of individual tools you can pick up one at a time. No bundled platform. No enterprise pricing. No commitment to a system you don't understand yet.
Every tool is free to start. If it helps, keep using it. If it doesn't, you haven't lost anything.
What this isn't
This isn't a polished enterprise product with a sales team and a customer success department. These tools are in beta. They're built by one person, used by one person (me), and shared because they solve real problems.
I'm not a marketer. I'm an engineer who builds things that work. The credibility here isn't a case study deck — it's the code itself.
